Hello. I’m glad you’re here…

I’m Jill Martin, a licensed therapist in both Montana and Washington State. I am passionate about helping humans who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck to reduce stress and anxiety and take steps toward meaningful change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, life changes, relationship issues, or simply feeling “off,” there is a way to make things better.

My hope is to help folks develop a deeper sense of trust in themselves and awareness of distressing behaviors and patterns so that they can choose to make their desired changes. While in the change process, I believe we can also rediscover our sense of Self, increase resiliency, experience peace, and find deeper joy (all potentially positive benefits of therapy!).

I am open, kind, direct, compassionate, and collaborative. I understand the challenges of our modern world and deeply value holding space for you to be seen and heard. I promise to do my best to meet you where you are and help you to explore and process your experiences.
